The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair requesting the installation of a bathroom vent and hose.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team installed and sealed a proper bathroom vent complete with connecting insulated hose. Then they performed a full roof assessment where they found that the cedar shakes are in poor condition and need to be replaced as they are allowing water to leak into the home. The flat roof is also in disrepair as it has cracked and nails have driven directly through the membrane.
