The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair because they are selling their house and just noticed a leak which could be coming from the skylight.

The Solution

Upon inspection, the Roofing Specialist (RS) Team confirmed that the skylight is the source of the leak and needs to be replaced. The skylight is cracked and damaged and the vinyl has split in the corner of the flashing allowing for moisture between the domes.

A quote was provided and accepted so the work commenced.
