The Challenge

The client’s roof over the front door, which is flat, is coming loose and the client would like it secured, caulked and sealed to prevent future leaks. They also mentioned at the back of their home, the eaves were overflowing and could be due to clogged for some reason.

The Roofing Specialist Team found that the eavestrough were clogged with debris and the wooden wall panels were coming off so their cleaned the trough and quoted for siding over the wooden panels.

The Solution

The quote was accepted so the Roofers proceeded with the siding installation. The wall located on the front of the flat roof needed to have siding installed on the inside. They cleaned the area of the cracked material and prepared it with ice and water shield. Then siding was installed over the wall to cover and protect against the elements. A new flashing extension was installed to close the top capping for the wall and over the siding to finish the installation.
