The Challenge

The customer had the roof re-shingled by a company that ended up doing a poor job. As a result, they were having issues with the garage roof. The issue was near the seam where the garage was adjoined to the neighbour’s garage in the semi-detached home.

The Solution

The Roofers determined that they needed to replace the newly installed shingles at the front lower portion of the roof because they were installed overtop of old existing shingles. All the shingles were removed to create a flat and smooth plywood surface. Ice and water shield was installed over the plywood surface and then new shingles were installed on top.
