The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair because they just purchased the house and wanted a full assessment of the roof and attic.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team performed the full assessment as requested and identified the following issues:

  • The exhaust vents are cross venting and two bathroom vents and hoses need to be changed out. The soffits also need to be opened up.
  • The Selkirk is leaking. The shingles around it need to be removed so it can be properly sealed. The flashing also needs to be sealed as it is starting to separate.
  • The bathroom vents are not insulated or sealed and black mold was found in this area.
