The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair for a full roof assessment.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team performed the assessment and identified the following issues:

  • There is missing fascia, the eavestrough are not draining properly and the downpipes are located in the wrong place
  • The roof is undervented and the soffits are blocked
  • The chimney is in disrepair with improperly sealed corners and seams and the wall flashing is not properly installed
