Front porch flashing is good.

The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair because water was leaking from the gas range exhaust and was leaking into the basement.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team performed a full assessment of the roof and determined that the chimneys have holes in the mortar, although the chimney flashings themselves are in good condition. There is a plumbing stack too close to the chimney and at the top of the chimney, the liner is not caulked to the steel cap.

There are some shingles that have slid out of place and some cedar shakes missing on the front skirt. The front porch roof is in good condition but the skylights have cracks in the dome.
