The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with concerns about a leak near their chimney during a recent rainfall.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team determined the leak is the result of the shingles having deteriorated. The shingles are over exposed, cracking and balding and the vents were installed on opposite sides of the roof so they are cross venting.

The RS Team installed a tarp as a temporary fix until the roof could be replaced.
