The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair because they have a leak and want to determine the source of the leak as well as receive a full assessment of their roofing system.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team discovered that on the south side of the house, the shingles are completely worn out and the other shingles are getting close to needing replacement. There is also water pooling on the flat roof which is putting a strain on the seams which are already starting to separate. The RS Team also found that the flashings were not layered in properly and the chimney flashing was corroded and needed to be replaced. There is missing fascia and eavestrough on the front of the house and the rest of the trough is leaking at the corners and seams. The ventilation system is also incorrect: there are low exhaust vents being used for air intake.

A quote was provided to replace the roof.
