Flashings in good condition.

The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair because they believe their roof is nearing the end of its life and may need replacing. They requested a full roof assessment.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team confirmed that both flat roofs on the main house are in good condition but the flat roof over the garage is in really poor condition with holes in the membrane in many spots and voids in the flashing. The shingles are worn on the roof on most of the slopes. The ridge and hip capping are worn through to the roof deck and there are signs of wind damage. The field shingles are curling, cracking, balding (granular loss) and there are holes in the cut out of the shingles. It is recommended that these issues be addressed as soon as is possible.
