The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair because water was leaking from the chimney on the left side of the roof. The roof above the garage is a new addition done three years prior, so the Client believed the issue was coming from the connection point between the addition and the original roof.

The Solution

Upon inspection, Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team determined that the shingles were in poor condition and needed to be replaced. They were installed under the required slope and are over exposed, cracking and balding. A quote to redo the roof was provided.
