The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair for a full roof and attic assessment to receive an update on the condition of their home.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) conducted their assessment and identified the following issues:

  • The vents are installed too low from the ridge and the soffits are blocked
  • The shingles are in poor condition and need to be replaced as they are curling, cracking, balding, have animal damage and there are exposed fasteners throughout
  • The chimney’s caulking has cracked and the plumbing stack was installed incorrectly
