The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with multiple concerns about their roof and requested a full roof assessment.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team determined that there is heavy deterioration throughout the roof, a low vent causing a leak and a hole in the eavestrough. The RS Team replaced the vent that was leaking, resealed a plumbing stack with a cracked seal, sealed the corners where the drip edge was too short, added a hip cap where it didn’t come over far enough onto the eaves and sealed exposed fasteners with waterproof roof cement.
