The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair requesting the replacement of the flashing around the plumbing stacks.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team installed and sealed two new plumbing stack flanges and then performed a full roof assessment where they found the shingles in poor condition. They need to be replaced as they are curling, cracking, balding and there is algae growth on them. There is also inadequate air intake and exhaust on the roof.
