The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair because they wanted a full attic and roof assessment.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team performed the assessment and identified the following issues:

  • The eavestrough are pulling away from the fascia
  • The ventilation system is suffering as a result of inadequate air intake and mixed vents which render the system inefficient
  • The shingles are in poor condition and need to be replaced as they are curling, cracking, balding and have holes in them
