The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with concerns about a leak into the light fixtures on the third floor. The leak has been ongoing for the last few weeks and leaks whenever it rains.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team confirmed that there is leaking through a dormer. The shingles are in rough shape and the roof overall is worn out. The RS Team fixed some really bad shingles with nails popping out as a temporary fix until a more permanent solution can be implemented.
