The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair because their roof is 25 years old and they wanted to get a quote for a reroof.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team performed a full assessment of the roof and found the following issues:

  • The eavestrough are pulling away from the fascia in several spots and there is a downpipe draining directly onto the roof below causing the deterioration of the shingles in the surrounding area
  • The ridge vent has no external baffle and water is blowing up underneath it
  • The shingles are in poor condition and need to be replaced as they are curling, cracking and balding (granular loss)
  • The valley is balding and there are missing flashings
