The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with concerns about a leak occurring in the middle of their two dormers.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team determined the leak is the result of cracked and curled shingles and an air condition vent pipe sticking out of the roof that has water constantly pouring out of it. They installed a protective underlayment as a temporary fix, but it was ultimately determined that a more permanent solution on a much larger scale is required.
