The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with concerns about a leak that may have occurred before.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team determined the leak is the result of the shingles having deteriorated right through to the roof deck. The RS Team installed a tarp over the leak area and sealed the chimney flashing as a temporary fix but it was ultimately determined that a more permanent solution on a larger scale is required.
