The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with concerns about a missing shingle and some animal damage.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team installed new shingles to replace the missing and animal damaged shingles. The RS Team also applied high-grade caulking to seal them down. Unfortunately, due to the way the roof was installed, missing shingles may continue to be an issue.

The RS Team discovered that while the roof is new, it was installed very poorly. The shingles were installed improperly without any stagger. They were installed on roof boards that are in bad condition. They should have put plywood over top of the boards. All of the shingles throughout the roof are over-exposed and nailed improperly as well.
