The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair because they were selling their house and the inspector noticed a small piece of flashing that runs between the houses on the roof had detached leaving the area exposed.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team confirmed that the parapet wall capping was missing. New custom metal needed to be bent up and installed over the wood box that divides the home. A quote was provided and accepted.
