The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with concerns about missing shingles causing a leak in their bedroom.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team determined the shingles were nailed incorrectly during installation which has made them vulnerable to wind damage and has caused them to blow off. The RS Team replaced and sealed the missing shingles however this is only a temporary solution due to the improper installation more wind damage in other areas will occur. They also found a hole through the top membrane of the flat roof that needs to be addressed.
