The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with concerns about a leak from their porch roof.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team determined the neighbour’s roof is the source of the leak as a false deck was constructed and water is leaking in there. They also discovered a large gap behind the downpipe. The RS Team sealed the leak areas with waterproof roof cement as a temporary fix until a more permanent solution could be implemented.
