The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with a leak at the front of the house.

The Solution

Upon inspection, the Roofing Specialist (RS) Team found that the upper flat roof in the front of the house is in bad shape and is the cause of the leaks. It is not sealed properly anymore. It is recommended that this roof be addressed as soon as possible.

The other flat roofs are ok but will need to be fixed in the future. The metal flat roof is slowly getting rusted out. The shingles are in good health. The skylight seals in the glass are worn out and they will need to be monitored closely for future leaks.
