Soffit, fascia and eaves are getting old and deteriorated.

The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with concerns about their small flat section in the back which is leaking.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team found that the back lower flat roof is in bad shape. It is pooling in areas and leaking in multiple spots. The roof is a tar and gravel roof and needs to be replaced in the near future.

As a temporary measure only, a tarp was installed over the back flat roof until a more permanent solution can be implemented.
