The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair because they are experiencing a leak at the back of their home.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repairs roofing Specialist Team suspected that the leak was coming from the lower concrete deck, as a result of the seal failure of the flashing around the deck. At the time of the appointment, the area was covered with a wooden decking and could not be fully assessed.

The RS Team applied a seal to the flashing to try and stop the leak inside of the home, as a courtesy. However, it was recommended that the wooden deck be removed so that the concrete could be properly inspected and a flat roof material could be installed on top. The flashing would also be replaced at this time. A quote was provided to this effect. The quote was accepted and the work commenced.
