The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with concerns about a leak getting into the second floor of their home.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team determined the leak was the result of a large gap under the window. The RS Team sealed the area off with rubber roof cement as a temporary fix but recommended that the balcony be redone with a GACO flat roof treatment to close off the gap completely. The quote was accepted and work commenced.
