The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair because they have a leak in their home. They requested a full assessment of their roofing system.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team performed a full assessment and found the following issues:

  • The ventilation system is suffering as a result of inadequate air intake so edge venting was recommended
  • The flat roof is leaking where the flashing meets the membrane around the perimeter of the flat roof so new drip edge and a new overlapping piece of membrane was recommended
  • The flashing was missing on the porch roof on the right side of the transition and it is recommended

The Client went with our recommendations and work commenced.
