The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair because of a leak in their garage roof.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team performed a full assessment of the roof. They found that the flat roof is in poor condition as there are holes in the membrane exposing the wood and allowing water to leak in. A quote was provided to install a new 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system.
