The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with concerns about a leak that was occurring on their flat roof. The same leak had also happened in the same area, the previous year.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repairs Roofing Specialist (RS) Team determined that water is leaking into the home, where the drip edge meets the flat roof membrane.

It was recommended that the drip edge be replaced, and a new membrane be applied along the perimeter of the flat roof on both sides of the home, in order to prevent further issues from occurring.

A quote was provided to this effect. The quote was accepted and work commenced.
