The Challenge

The Client contacted Mr. Roof Repair because they had squirrels living in the attic and animal control reported 2 or 3 holes that needed to be repaired.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist installed custom flashing over the area. They also assessed the roof and found that the flat roof was in rough shape. The flat roof is worn through the plys (the layers of paper and tar) because gravel was supposed to be installed on top to protect it from the UV Rays. As such, the flat roof is in very bad condition, cracked and torn through the layers of the roofing.
