The Challenge

The property manager contacted Mr. Roof Repair to get an estimate on installing a downpipe. When the Roofers arrived on site they found that the downpipe at the back of the home was bent and at the front of the home was completely missing. As a result, they provided a quote to replace the downpipes. At the same time they also recommended work on the flat roof as the flat membrane had lost its seal in a couple of areas along the gable as well as one spot on the field.

The Solution

They removed the downpipe from the back of the home and replaced it with a new one. Then the Roofers installed a new downpipe to the front of the home where it was currently missing and directed it into the drain below.

They also applied Karnak roof cement and fibre mesh along the gable where the membrane had lost its seal as well as the one spot on the field. Finally, they performed a roof tune up including sealing areas around the flashing where needed.
