The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with concerns about a box vent that was damaged by animals.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team replaced the animal damaged box vent and resealed it. Then they performed a full roof assessment where they confirmed that the shingles are in very bad shape. They are deteriorating, balding, curling and cracking throughout the roof. It is recommended that the roof be replaced as soon as possible.
