The Challenge

While on another site, one of our Roofers noticed a hole in the customer’s roof. He wanted to make sure they were aware of the issue so he went over and talked to them. It turns out that they were unaware of the hole in their roof and contracted Mr. Roof Repair to repair the hole for them. At the same time, they requested a full assessment of the roof to be done as well.

The Solution

When the Roofers returned to the property they confirmed that the hole in the roof, located behind the chimney, was due to animals. In fact, the whole roof was suffering heavily from damage from animals and weathering.
