The Challenge

The Client approached Mr. Roof Repair with concerns about a leak at the rear of the home.

The Solution

Mr. Roof Repair’s Roofing Specialist (RS) Team determined the leak was the result of animal damage to the roof deck and shingles. The RS Team temporarily closed the area off with metal but it was determined that a more permanent solution was required. They also sealed the edge of the flat roof with waterproof roof cement as they had started to open and were allowing water to leak in.
